Support
Write to support@partisan.ai. Include your app version, the store you subscribed through, and, if the question is about a rating, the session hash from Settings. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers.
How do I restore a purchase?
Pro and Pro+ are restored by Apple or Google, not by a Partisan account. On iOS, open the App Store, tap your account, and choose Restore Purchases, or use the subscription screen inside Partisan AI if the store offers a restore button there. On Android, install the app with the same Google account that bought the subscription. If the store still shows an active plan and the app shows Free, write to us with the store receipt number.
How do I reset a thread?
Open Settings and clear the current thread. That deletes the study or arena transcript stored on this device for the persona you have open. It does not delete the other persona's rooms, and it does not delete the Elo row, because the server never stored the messages. To start a fresh rating, reset the session hash in Settings. The old hash cannot be linked back to you.
How do I report an AI response?
Long-press the reply in the app and choose a reason. The report is saved on your device so you have a record. If the reply is dangerous or illegal, also email support@partisan.ai with the persona name, the mode, and a short description. You do not need to paste the whole transcript if you would rather not.
Why did my message fail?
The engine limits how many study turns and judged matches one session can send per minute. A 429 means wait for the retry time and send again. Failed sends stay in the thread with Retry and Edit. A failed send does not spend a message if the engine never replied.
Why is a persona locked?
Conservative, Liberal, and Libertarian are free. The others unlock with rewarded progress or with Pro and Pro+. Ranked three-round matches require Pro or Pro+. The browser teaser on this site never unlocks them.
The judge disagreed with me
The ballot scores clash, warrants, logic, and impact. It does not score which ideology is correct. You can copy the shareable ballot from the card. The score is not an official tournament result.
